Jonathan Sternberg is an appellate lawyer in Kansas City, Missouri. He focuses his practice on civil and criminal appellate litigation at every point in a case, not only briefing and arguing appeals, writs, post-judgment and post-conviction proceedings, and similar matters, but also advising trial attorneys on procedure and strategy at all stages. Since opening his practice immediately after his admission to the bar in 2007, Jonathan has had more than 100 published appellate decisions to his name, representing businesses and individuals in appeals throughout America in a wide array of subjects, including successfully pursuing commercial, constitutional, criminal, estate, family, insurance, tax, and tort cases, among others. The total amount in controversy of all of his cases exceeds $600 million. His clients have included everything from Fortune 500� companies to indigent people. He has written more than 200 appellate briefs and presented more than 100 appellate oral arguments, including eleven before the Supreme Court of Missouri.
