John Case
Admitted: 1973, Colorado; 1992, U.S. Supreme Court; 1997, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit Law School: College: Birth Date and Place: Practice Areas: Plaintiff Personal Injury, Insurance Law Additional Information:
For over 34 years, John has served clients in civil and criminal litigation.
He is an advocate for individuals seriously injured or killed by automobile crashes and medical negligence. He has helped victims of employment discrimination, insurance bad faith, civil rights violations, legal malpractice, breach of fiduciary duty, and fraud. He also represents and advises business executives and owners on issues of corporate liability, insurance, contracts, fiduciary duty, and commercial disputes.
In 1998, John joined Tom Benson to form Benson & Case, LLP. They have grown their partnership to create a full service law firm with seven attorneys. The attorneys and staff at Benson & Case have one purpose: finding the right solution for each client.
John concentrates on civil trials and personal injury litigation. He is tenacious in proving our client’s side of the story, and putting together the best possible case. He believes strongly in our civil justice system, which holds wrongdoers and insurance companies accountable for unlawful actions that harm innocent people.
When not working on solutions for his clients, John loves spending time with his wife Judy, his four adult children, and four grandchildren. John and Judy volunteer in their parish to help engaged couples prepare for marriage. John enjoys playing ice hockey, and he is always interested in reading a good biography.
