Prior to co-founding Delk McNally LLP, Jason Delk worked as an attorney for one of the state's largest and most prestigious law firms. Delk focuses his practice in all areas of litigation and trial work, including general litigation, personal injury litigation, business litigation and commercial litigation.
During his legal career, Jason has successfully represented a wide variety of individuals and corporations who have needed legal assistance. Jason's experience ranges from representing nation-wide Fortune 500 corporations in business disputes to representing individuals who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries. Jason has been involved in jury trials in both state and federal courts representing both corporations and individuals covering a variety of legal claims. During his legal career, Jason has successfully obtained multi-million dollar results for his clients.
Jason is a Muncie native and a 1997 graduate of Muncie Central High School. In 2001, he received a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Pre-Law from Ball State University. In 2004, Jason earned his juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. Jason is the co-author of the Indiana section in the American Bar Association's Franchise Desk Book. Jason is also the co-author of Effective Use of Demonstrative Exhibits, which was part of the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum on jury trial strategy.
Jason is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, United States District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana and the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
Jason, his wife, Melissa, and their daughter reside in Muncie.
