Additional Information: Mr. Branciforte has litigated on behalf of management in connection with all types of employment and labor disputes, including wrongful discharge and defamation claims, and claims based upon the NLRA, Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and a variety of state statutes. Mr. Branciforte's counseling experience has involved advising employers on union avoidance strategies, strikes and creation of strike management plans, and managing with a union, as well as employee separations and terminations, employee discipline, wage payment issues, drug and alcohol testing, and workplace privacy issues. He has particular expertise assisting government contractors with all aspects of their operation and compliance with the Service Contract Act and related federal and state statutes.
