Mr. Silverberg was a clerk for Judge Steinheimer of the Second Judicial District Court. His primary areas of practice are immigration law and Civil Rights law related to employment and housing discrimination. In addition, Mr. Silverberg practices criminal defense and appellate work.
Mr. Silverberg is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice in California and Nevada, admitted to practice in the Federal Court of the District of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He received the 1999 Certificate of Appreciation from Truckee Meadows Fair Housing for furthering the cause of fair housing in northern Nevada.
A native of Reno, Mr. Silverberg attended Reno High School, the University of Nevada, Reno and Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel.
