Additional Information:  Mr. Gedicks is a Professor of Law at the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, and has taught constitutional law, corporate law, and securities regulations since 1990. He regularly consults with the firm in the areas of constitutional law, corporation law, and securities litigation.
