Additional Information: Elizabeth Wilson is the brainiac responsible for majority of legal research and the bulwark of our appellate practice. Beth is also the only attorney at the firm who can actually sit completely still for prolonged periods of time. Her work product of briefs and coverage opinions convey a superior understanding of issues involving insurance and civil practice in the courts of New Jersey. She received a JD from Rutgers University School of Law in 1991 and clerked for the Honorable Burton Fundler and the Honorable Ira E. Kreitzman upon her graduation. For the decade prior to joining our ranks in early 2002, she was affiliated with two of the premier medical malpractice firms in New Jersey. She is thoroughly versed in all aspects of the evidential, procedural and legal issues affecting trial practice.
