· Jason prosecuted to verdict a case involving an oral partnership agreement. The jury awarded his client more that $7 milllion. When the defendants tried to hide their assets, Jason pursued them with a separate fraudulent transfer action and obtained an injunction against the transfer of any assets. · Jason recently defended a complex breach of contract and tortious interference jury trial for a national franchisor. After cross-examination of the plaintiffs, their counsel immediately offered to settle the case for less than 10 percent of their pre-trial demand.

· Jason handled a bench trial involving a securities fraud claim against several individuals and their bank resulting in a substantial judgment.

· Jason obtained a favorable settlement in a securities fraud action against a financial institution.

· Jason obtained another favorable settlement in a case alleging deceptive insurance practices.
