He also served as president of the Coastal Area Health Education Center Foundation, a non-profit healthcare organization. Dwight has also worked in-house for a major hospital organization, where he was responsible for various risk management related issues, including the supervision of the system’s claims and litigation activities.
Since leaving the in-house ranks, Dwight has focused his practice in healthcare related matters, including peer review, regulatory compliance, licensure, risk management, medical malpractice and commercial disputes. He has further extensive experience in products liability, managed care and general liability disputes and litigation. Dwight is also a certified mediator.
