Additional Information: David P. Murray is a partner in the Litigation Department of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in Washington, D.C. Mr. Murray specializes in complex civil litigation involving RICO, Fair Labor Standards Act, telecommunications, Commerce Clause, product safety, securities, and class actions. Mr. Murray has been involved in a number of significant cases, and currently represents a major retailer in class actions relating to immigration and labor issues. Mr. Murray has also represented Comcast Corporation, Sprint-Nextel Corporation, Time Warner Telecom, and other carriers in district court and appellate actions around the country arising under the Telecommunications Act of 1996. In addition, Mr. Murray represents Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. in nationwide consumer class actions, as well as in regulatory and product safety matters before the Department of Justice, the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the Department of Transportation, the United States Coast Guard, and other agencies. Mr. Murray also worked on the Feist Publications team at Willkie, which successfully overturned eighty years of adverse precedent in a landmark copyright decision by the United States Supreme Court.
