Additional Information:

Mr. Soechting was admitted to practice law in the State of Texas after graduating from South Texas College of Law. His practice is focused entirely upon the representation of victims of exposures to deadly and defective products and to date has represented clients from nearly all of the 50 United States.

During law school, Charles was the Chairman of the Board of Advocates where devoted the majority of his time to developing the school’s Advocacy program under the direction of the legendary T. Gerald Treece. In addition to this role, Charles competed in numerous Moot Court Competitions around the Country and in 2005 Charles won the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Competition and was named the American Bar Association National Champion.

Since being licensed in Texas and Pennsylvania, Charles’s trial ability and legal strengths have been widely recognized. He has fought in courts in more than eleven states for his clients’ rights and has been acknowledged by his peers as a 'Rising Star' as published in the Texas Super Lawyers edition of Texas Monthly consistently since 2010. This honor is only awarded to approximately 2% of practicing lawyers in the State of Texas and is an honor of which Charles is immensely proud. Charles initially joined SGPB in 2008 and fought diligently for our clients for several years. In 2010 Charles set off to start his own law firm to focus on representing individuals in Texas whose Constitutional rights had been violated. After gaining three years of invaluable experience Charles returned to SGPB because of his desire to fight for those who feel they are unable to fight for themselves despite suffering horrific losses and injuries.

When he is not fighting for his clients, Charles spends his time with his wife Lindsay and children Emory and Charles III. He is active in his community of Oak Cliff and also focuses his energy on fitness, health, short and long distance triathlon and anything outdoors.
