Additional Information: Blythe R. Glemming received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas with a double major in Human Biology and Slavic Language and Literature in 2001. She earned her Juris Doctor degree with a Certificate in Elder Law from the University of Kansas School of Law in just two years, graduating in 2007. While at the School of Law, Ms. Glemming earned the CALI Award for the highest score in Introduction to Elder Law. She held the office of Vice-President of Non-Traditional Students in Law, which is an organization for students with families or who had other careers before law school. During law school, Ms. Glemming served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children. Before entering law school, Ms. Glemming worked as a case manager for disabled individuals living in the community. In particular, she worked for people who had suffered a traumatic brain injury.
Ms. Glemming is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and before the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals. She is a member of the Escambia Santa Rosa Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. Her practice consists of Social Security and Veterans Affairs disability law, as well as Wills, Estates and Trusts.
