Mr. Barrett's practice involves special projects of a complex nature in areas ranging from litigation support to corporate taxation. His practice emphasis is coordinated tax and financial planning. He has testified as a tax and/or financial expert witness in more than two hundred cases involving such areas as economic damages, business valuation and divorce. He is a registered investment advisor, a private trustee, and frequently advises in the areas of business succession, retirement planning and money management. He represents clients in tax controversies and IRS audits.
