Appellant, Ace Leasing, Inc., appeals from the findings of fact and conclusions of law entered by the Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, holding that material changes in a leasing agreement exonerated Respondent, Mary Boustead, from her obligations as a guarantor for the lease.
